Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?

No. All sales are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges.

Will I get a refund if my event cancels?
A.If
an event completely cancels and is not rescheduled, then a full refund
will be issued, but if only part of an event cancels, then there are
no refunds issued. Please contact us to find our more details about
our refund policy.

Is the price I pay the same as the price printed on the ticket I
receive?
A.
No, you are paying a premium for our value-added service. The price
you are paying is the current market value for the tickets you are
ordering. We specialize in obtaining hard-to-find tickets and resell
tickets above face value (the price printed on the ticket).

Why a Service Fee?
A.
Since NetTickets.com offers a guarantee of authenticity and handles
all transaction logistics for your purchase, a Service Fee is placed
on every order. There are no other fees to the customer aside from
shipping and taxes. The service fee is generally a market-based percentage of
the ticket price with a $10 minimum fee.

Who decides what price the tickets are sold for?
A.
All ticket prices are based upon the current market value, which is
influenced by supply and demand. Therefore, we are constantly updating
our ticket prices to accurately reflect the current market value. Our
prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Q.
Where do you get your tickets from?
A.
We buy our tickets from a variety of locations, including; ticket box
offices, season ticket holders and other ticket resellers. We often
purchase tickets from customers like you who have extra tickets to
sell.

Q.
Will my tickets be shipped to me the same day I order them?
A.
Once your order is received and the ticket availability is verified,
your order will be processed. At this point we will ship your tickets
to you (via the shipping method you selected). In some cases tickets
will not ship immediately, if this is the case you will be notified
by a customer service associate or via e-mail if one is provided.

Can I buy New York tickets if I live in New York?
A.
The State of New York currently prohibits NetTickets.com from selling
tickets to events that take place in New York State to New York residents.
If you have a credit card billing address or a shipping address that
is located in the state of New York, we cannot sell you a New York
event ticket. We can only sell New York event tickets to people who
live outside the state of New York.

Q.
Can I have my tickets shipped to an address different than the address
on my credit card?
A.
Yes. For both your protection and ours, all tickets are shipped via
an express courier service that requires a signature. If you have any
specific delivery requirements please make those arrangements when
you place your order. Tickets are normally sent to your credit card
billing address.
Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address
we will require faxed authorization from you, along with legible copies
of your driver's license and the credit card used during the purchase.

Q.
What are the seating designation used for concerts to indicate seating
level?
A.
Each arena and show has different terms to identify the different seating
locations. But, there are four principle areas: floor seating, arena-level
seating, club-level seating and mezzanine-level seating. Arena-level
seats are just above the floor and are also referred to as lower-level
seats. Club-level seats are the intermediary seats between the arena
and mezzanine seats that are also referred to as mid-level seating.
Mezzanine-level seats are traditionally the highest balcony-level and
are commonly referred to as upper-level seats. If you have any questions
about the location of the seats, please contact us prior to ordering
them.

Why are similar seats priced differently?
A.
NetTickets has multiple sources for tickets. Different sources have
different costs involved. We attempt to offer you the best seat at
the best price. You may find a better seat listed on the site, that
costs less than the most expensive seat. Please look at the seating
diagrams or call 1-866-638-8425 if you have any specific questions
about seating at a venue.

SITE DISCLAIMER
- The
tickets sold on this site are secondary-market tickets, or "brokered" tickets,
that are sold for more than face value. The price you pay will not
equal the face value printed on the ticket. This site is in no way
affiliated with Ticketmaster or any other box office, theatre or
venue.
SALES
POLICIES
- All prices listed
on the site are per ticket. Upon checkout, Sales Tax (if applicable),
a software service charge and the cost of FedEx shipping will be
added to the order.
- All sales are
final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. * Once the
credit card for a submitted order is approved, which happens moments
after you select the "Buy" button on the Checkout page, the sale
is final. *Note: If an event is completely cancelled, then you
must contact the company you ordered the tickets from to receive
instructions on how to precede. If the event is postponed or rescheduled,
the tickets cannot be returned and should be used for the new date.
- Weather conditions
may affect an event or travel to and from it, but there are no refunds
for unused tickets or for the loss of enjoyment caused by these weather
conditions.
- Tickets cannot
be replaced if they are lost or damaged, so avoid exposing them to
sunlight, heat, cold, liquids or any other damaging agent.
- Upon receipt
of tickets from FedEx you have 24 hours to contact the company you
purchased them from about any mistakes or discrepancies about your
tickets and/or seat locations.
- All times listed
are local for the event.Furthermore, all dates and times are subject
to change and should be verified by the buyer on the week of the
event.
- Ticket prices
are subject to change at any time and without notice.
SHIPPING
POLICIES
- Tickets can only
be shipped to the billing address that is on file with your credit
card company. This billing address will be verified with your credit
card company, so you must use the exact address that your billing
statements are sent to, or your order will be rejected during checkout.
If you need special delivery for your tickets, then you will have
to order by phone.
- FedEx is used
for all shipments and a signature is required upon delivery for every
order. Since FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, you must have a
physical street address that is listed with your credit card company.
- Ticket shipments
cannot be re-routed from the original address submitted on the order.
- International
orders are accepted as long as the owning bank for the credit card
that is being used allows AVS (address verification service).
INVENTORY
POLICIES
- Tickets that are
listed as "Pre-Orders" are not currently in inventory. They may be
tickets that have not yet arrived in our office or tickets that will
be supplied by an industry contact. They will be shipped as soon
as the tickets are physically available for us to distribute. In
certain cases they may not be delivered until the week of the event.
